1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revisd at revisd.app (the “Service”), operated by Reventt, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Revisd is an informational platform that aggregates and displays publicly available SEC Form 4 filings sourced from SEC EDGAR (data.sec.gov). The Service provides users with a structured view of executive stock transactions at S&P 500 and NASDAQ-100 companies. Revisd is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

3. User Accounts

Access to the Service requires creating an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to Revisd requires an active paid subscription. The current subscription price is $99 per quarter, billed every three months. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Revisd to charge your payment method on a recurring quarterly basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your access will cease.

All sales are final. Revisd does not provide refunds, including but not limited to partial billing periods, unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with the Service, or inability to access the Service due to user error or third-party issues. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Data Disclaimer

Revisd is an informational tool that aggregates publicly available SEC filings. All data is sourced directly from SEC EDGAR (data.sec.gov), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's official public filing database. Revisd is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial planners. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any information displayed. Users should verify all information by reviewing the original SEC filings. Users assume all risks associated with using this information. Past insider transactions do not predict future stock performance. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revisd, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Specifically, Revisd accepts no liability whatsoever for:

• —Errors in how data is parsed, presented, aggregated, or displayed, including but not limited to incorrect values, dates, names, transaction types, or share counts
• —Investment decisions, trades, or financial actions taken by any user based on information obtained through the Service
• —Losses of any kind — financial, reputational, or otherwise — arising from reliance on data provided by the Service
• —The timeliness of data; SEC filings may be delayed, and the Service may not reflect the most current information available
• —Incomplete data sets; not all filings may be captured or displayed
• —Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or technical failures
• —Actions of third parties including SEC EDGAR, payment processors, or authentication providers

The Service is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Users are solely and exclusively responsible for any investment, financial, or other decisions made in connection with their use of the Service. Revisd is an aggregation tool only; it does not provide, and should never be construed as providing, any form of financial advice or recommendation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Revisd platform, including its design, code, branding, and presentation of data, is the intellectual property of Revisd. The underlying SEC filing data is public information sourced from SEC EDGAR. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• —Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at revisd.app/terms with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
